The most difficult part of pregnancy is protecting yourself and your unborn child from toxins in the air, our food and water, and our household products. And it doesn’t stop there. Infants are way more likely to be affected by the toxins in our environment.
No one can do it all, but we can always think a little greener in the choices we make, whether that’s seeking out linens produced without tons of chemicals, growing your garden with natural fertilizers or choosing organic household products. How, where and when you make changes is up to you.
